Symbiosis Law School, Pune through its Career and Professional Development Cell has organized a Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GDPI) Training Session for final year students and LL.M Students. The objective of the workshop was to appraise a candidate’s ability to critically analyse given piece of information and collectively work in a group to arrive at a solution or develop a perspective. It was meant to equip students with the required conceptual and interpersonal skills and sense of social purpose for managerial decision making and to help the students in developing leadership capabilities to act as agent of change and be a source of motivation and bear leadership capabilities in the organization they work.
The Training session was organized from 16th September 2019 to 24th September 2019 and 384 students have participated in the session.
